The Perch catching at Pineview was good for everyone today. All the groups around me seemed to be into the fish. I arrived around 1 p.m. (after getting skunked at Echo reservoir) and was into fish as soon as my jig hit the bottom. White and pink jigs tipped with a wax worm worked great. Others around me used chartreuse crappie jigs with a night crawler that worked just as well. In the two hours I fished, 41 perch were landed. All were between 6-10 inches. Several Perch made the long drive home with me, and even decided to stay for dinner.
